Payment Policy

In general, Ringr may release in-app products such as Player Request in which we give our members the option to make a one-time purchase or a subscription which allows the member unlimited access for a set period of time. Normally, Ringr does not provide refunds and all sales are final. However, we do recognize there are certain circumstances in which we may provide a refund.

Prohibited Payments

Our platform is intended to connect Athletes with real-world sporting events via Player Request and we strictly prohibit members from utilizing our platform for purposes other than what is outlined in our Terms of Service. Ringr’s integrated payment processors cannot be used to process payments for the following activities:

Refund guidance for members

Although we've stated that we do not provide refunds for any transactions made on our Platform, we do recognize there are certain circumstances in which we may provide a refund.

Seeking assistance from Ringr

Ringr can only issue a refund if a member has used our integrated payment processor, Stripe, to make the payment in question. Ringr cannot resolve disputes regarding payments that are made outside the Ringr platform, in cash, or using a payment processor other than Stripe.

Subscription cancellations

If you purchased a subscription you may cancel at anytime. When you cancel you are in essence cancelling the renewal of your subscription and may continue to use the item and its features up until the end of the subscription period. We do not give refunds for subscriptions.
